Job Summary
This role leads the strategic direction for the Transcend R&D program, which aims to modernize foundational supply chain processes into a single standardized SAP S/4Hana platform.
The Associate Director will translate business strategies into a capability roadmap while partnering with global template owners to drive harmonization and standardization across R&D operations.
Candidates must lead a team of five BPOs and ensure alignment with clean core principles and regulatory expectations while driving value realization post go-live.
