Job Summary
The Physician Extender will partner with Orthopaedic Hand physicians to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care, supporting clinic operations, assisting with procedures, helping in the operating room, responding to pages, and rounding on inpatients.
This role involves direct patient care, collecting and documenting patient data, supporting diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, coordinating labs and consults, and participating in the Orthopaedic after-hours call rotation for urgent and emergent care.
