Job Summary
Serve as the Test Automation Tool SME, providing process support to multiple end users of the TAP toolset including OpenText ALM, Tricentis Tosca, and other integrated tools.
Work with user groups to identify and solve business problems using all available technology, requiring broad and deep technical experience in systems analysis, development, and re-engineering.
Provide ongoing user assistance, troubleshoot issues with the tools, coordinate resolution with the support team, and participate in identifying tool improvement governance and UAT of tool enhancements.
