  • The Facility Maintenance Technician will be part of our P3 Building Technologies & Solutions business at Johnson Controls, maintaining building systems, equipment and physical aspects of the facility.
  • Performs predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance on facility equipment and systems, monitors facility equipment and systems, and troubleshoots and repairs equipment and building systems.

Key Requirements

  • 4 years’ experience operating plumbing service equipment
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License

  • Plumber License/Certification required
  • willing to work flexible shifts
  • able to use hand tools, lift/carry 50 lbs.
