Summit Place LTC is seeking a part-time Personal Support Worker (PSW) to provide essential care to patients in a long-term care setting, primarily during evening hours. Candidates should possess relevant certification and experience in personal care, preferably in dementia and palliative care contexts.

Job Summary
The PSW/HCA/CCA provides direct personal support and care to patients to fulfil the physical, intellectual, emotional, social and spiritual needs of patients in accordance to polices, procedure and work routines.
Assists in providing direct care such as ambulation, feeding, bathing and grooming.
