Job Summary

  • Assist with the delivery of preconstruction services for projects, providing input, coordination and problem solving at all stages of design.
  • Support the Preconstruction Manager in guiding projects through the preconstruction/design phase, maintaining program, scope, and quality for effective schedule and cost control.
  • Prepare team directories, meeting agendas, minutes, and track action list items during the preconstruction period.

  • Experience with large commercial or industrial projects
  • Knowledge of construction cost estimating, conceptual budgeting, and scheduling
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with Sketchup, Revit, VICO, NavisWorks, On-Screen Take-Off and Suretrak
  • Valid Driver's License
