Job Summary
Assist with the delivery of preconstruction services for projects, providing input, coordination and problem solving at all stages of design.
Support the Preconstruction Manager in guiding projects through the preconstruction/design phase, maintaining program, scope, and quality for effective schedule and cost control.
Prepare team directories, meeting agendas, minutes, and track action list items during the preconstruction period.

Key Requirements

Knowledge of construction cost estimating, conceptual budgeting, and scheduling
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with Sketchup, Revit, VICO, NavisWorks, On-Screen Take-Off and Suretrak
