Job Summary

• The Maintenance / Facility Manager oversees all plant maintenance, facilities operations, and infrastructure systems to ensure maximum uptime, safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency within a heavy duty truck manufacturing environment.
• Position offers a starting salary range of $128,000 - $164,000 USD with benefits including annual bonus program; 401k company contribution with company match up to 6% as well as non-elective company contribution of 3 - 7% depending on age; starting at 4 weeks paid vacation; 13+ calendar holidays; 8 weeks paid parental leave.
• This role leads a multi disciplinary maintenance team, manages preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and partners closely with production leadership to support continuous improvement and zero defect manufacturing.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience
• 5–10+ years maintenance leadership experience
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems
• Experience with CMMS platforms
