Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Senior PMO with solid experience in project governance, process standardization, and continuous improvement for a strategic project focused on evaluating and enhancing project management standards for major maintenance in Exploration & Production (E&P).
  • The objective is to align the client's internal processes with international best practices in project management, according to PMI standards.
  • Responsibilities include conducting technical and methodological diagnosis of current project management processes, analyzing existing standards and methodologies, proposing guidelines and structural adjustments, and supporting the definition of action plans and performance indicators.
