Must-have

  • Industrial or Mechanical Engineering degree
  • 2+ years Process Engineering experience
  • Lean Manufacturing and WCM methodologies
  • Process Failure Mode Analysis (AMFE)
  • ISO quality standards knowledge
  • Ergonomic risk analysis skills
  • Power BI and Power Apps proficiency

Nice-to-have

  • Intermediate English language skills
  • SAP intermediate user level
  • Forklift or heavy truck product knowledge
  • Strategic vision and analytical mindset
  • Conflict resolution capabilities

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Technical Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of Process Engineering experience
  • Intermediate English level (B2)
  • Knowledge of ISO and EFQM quality regulations
