Base: Not specified; Bonus/Equity: Sign on Bonus $2,000.00, Float Incentive: Additional $1.00/hr plus mileage reimbursement, PST Incentive Plan; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits for employees working 20+ hours/week

Key Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Phlebotomy certification or 6 months’ experience
  • Phlebotomy certification from accredited agency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or in a team
  • Comfortable working under minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to work overtime
  • Able to pass color blindness test
  • Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
  • Be at least 21 years’ old
