Job Summary

  • The NC Department of Adult Correction is responsible for safeguarding and preserving lives and property through prevention, protection, and preparation as well as the care, custody, and supervision of all adults sentenced for violating North Carolina laws.
  • This position is responsible for archiving and retrieving confidential medical records of offenders no longer in the correctional system, retrieving records for release of information purposes and maintaining on-going statistical logs of records activities.
