You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in policy development, and ensure compliance with regulations and facility procedures.
You will provide direct nursing care, coordinate with physicians and families, participate in staff development, and maintain safety and sanitation standards within the nursing service department.
