Job Summary

  • The Customer Service Consultant will perform all-purpose duties including greeting customers, determining their needs, and providing guidance and assistance.
  • Responsibilities include assisting Collision Estimators by handling vehicle drop-offs, mapping/marking and photographing vehicles, arranging transportation, preparing paperwork, and performing customer deliveries.
