Job Summary
The Manufacturing Maintenance Manager leads the plant maintenance function to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of production and facility equipment.
This role owns preventive and predictive maintenance programs, drives continuous improvement in equipment reliability, manages maintenance labor and contractors, and partners with Production, Engineering, Quality, and EHS to reduce downtime and support business goals.

Key Requirements
5+ years of maintenance leadership experience

Experience planning/scheduling maintenance work using CMMS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, Industrial Technology, or related field
