Swinerton Management and Consulting is seeking a Design Build Executive responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of design services on large projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction management, particularly with the design-build delivery process, and will play a key role in leading teams and driving departmental strategies
Job Summary
Responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and execution of all design services activities and personnel, provide counsel on complex design matters, and implement department process, procedures, and company best practices.
Oversees design services activities, budgets, and resources in assigned division(s), monitors design services budgets and conducts regular analysis to identify risk and opportunities.
Actively coaches, mentors, and oversees development and hiring or for their assigned team, empowers team members to meet their job duties and responsibilities and conducts employee performance evaluations for direct reports.

Key Requirements
10+ years of construction management experience
extensive working experience with the design build delivery process
Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
Experience with developing and implement design procedures and standards
Experience with managing and leading high performance teams
Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit, or other similar design software applications
Experience in Virtual Design, Construction (VDC) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software
