Job Summary

  • The HR Generalist provides support to Colorado Springs Security Plant manufacturing operations as well as general support to HR leaders.
  • This position will work closely with people across the organization and will gain a full understanding of how to support the business’ strategies through people.

Key Requirements

  • 1-4 years of HR experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field preferred
  • HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
  • Kronos experience
  • Knowledge of local and federal employment law
  • Experience creating dashboards and analyzing data reports
