Key Requirements

  • 4+ years retail store/supermarket/warehouse operations manager experience
  • Strong drive for results and solid work ethic
  • Honest, straight-forward, committed to high service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a large team
  • Solid understanding of P&L, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving, conflict resolution
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Open shift availability required
  • At least 18 years of age
