Job Summary

  • The Facility Lead is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled Building and Facilities tasks.
  • Responsibilities include general maintenance, simple repairs in plumbing, carpentry, painting, mechanical, electrical, or custodial areas, and preventative maintenance on building and equipment systems.
  • This role coordinates and schedules daily work tasks for Maintenance Associates/Technicians, provides guidance and technical support, and ensures a safe work site.
