This position is the focal point of the Customer Acceptance & Delivery (CAD) process, leads the execution of the Customer Presentations Program including the QLBs/CLBs handling, On-Quality and On-Time treatment with correct rework for Customer acceptance and continuously maintain the high customer satisfaction along the Section, FAL & Delivery phases

Job Summary

  • This position is the focal point of the Customer Acceptance & Delivery (CAD) process, leads the execution of the Customer Presentations Program including the QLBs/CLBs handling, On-Quality and On-Time treatment with correct rework for Customer acceptance and continuously maintain the high customer satisfaction along the Section, FAL & Delivery phases.
  • Ensure customer presentations as per applicable procedure, evaluate zone readiness, and conduct “customer eyes” inspection of each a/c before customer ground check.
  • Be responsible for KPI statistics/analysis/reporting and proposal of improvement, and liaise with internal suppliers to build, manage and set counter measures to protect from recurrent issues.
