Ensure continuous operation of critical hotel systems (PMS, POS, HSIA, PABX, Call Accounting), ensuring 24/7 availability and rapid incident response.
Manage and maintain the technological infrastructure, including servers, Active Directory, wired and wireless network, firewalls, VPN, antivirus, backups, and recovery.
