Job Summary
This position is a primary break-fix and escalation resource for the SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, OneDrive for Business, and Viva Engage environments in the Advocate Health Microsoft 365 tenant.
The successful candidate will have 1-2 years of technical support experience that includes the Microsoft 365 suite of applications as well as the Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and OneNote desktop applications.
