The engineer is responsible for end-to-end incident investigation, root cause analysis, and post-maintenance validation across Linux, Windows, Java, and database environments.
Candidates must possess strong analytical skills to collaborate with global Operations, DevOps, and Security teams while participating in shift-based on-call coverage.
