Job Summary

Provide global governance, assurance and enablement support for TOM, ensuring consistent application of Defect Elimination (DE), Opportunity Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Drive change management, training, awareness, and coaching across global teams to promote disciplined execution, evidence-based decision making, and continuous learning.
