  • Provide global governance, assurance and enablement support for TOM, ensuring consistent application of Defect Elimination (DE), Opportunity Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
  • Drive change management, training, awareness, and coaching across global teams to promote disciplined execution, evidence-based decision making, and continuous learning.
