Job Summary

  • Oversee a team of client-facing reporting analysts and associates, coaching them through complex client issues and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Analyze and explain portfolio performance results, conduct account-level reconciliation, and manage private equity and hedge fund statement analysis.
  • Develop and strengthen client relationships through onboarding, training, day-to-day support, and issue management, while maintaining software setup and data feed management.
