Job Summary

• This role will ensure the DAM ecosystem delivers measurable business value by overseeing process mapping, implementation, ongoing operations, and optimization across markets.
• Serve as the primary connection point across the DAM enterprise, linking content creators, reviewers, marketers, agencies and compliance teams.
• The annual base salary for this position ranges from $176,600.00 to $294,300.00, eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% and share-based long-term incentives.

• Experience in life sciences/pharma or heavily regulated industries
• Strong understanding of pharma regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Proven expertise in leading DAM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager Assets)
• Demonstrated success in managing business/product teams or offshore service teams
• Permanent work authorization in the United States
