Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards.
  • Essential duties include administrative functions, charting and documentation, drug administration, personnel management, nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation, equipment and supply management, and care plan assessment.
  • The role requires a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an LPN/LVN in this state and current CPR certification.
