  • As a Provider Experience Representative, you will take inbound calls answering complex questions from providers and their staff regarding coverage, benefits, and claims.
  • This position offers a hybrid/remote setting with work shifts Monday - Friday within the hours of 8:00 a.m - 5:00 p.m. Arizona Time Zone.
