The Parking Ambassador provides direct customer service with Pay Stations and Exit Verifiers, answers questions regarding UAMS Facilities or Parking regulations, and enforces UAMS parking regulations by issuing warnings and/or citations.
The Ambassador operates the Remote Parking Management System (RPMS) 24/7/365, monitoring cameras and remotely assisting customers with parking transactions and exception management.
