Base: $84,700 - $141,100 annually; Bonus: Eligible for annual bonus program; Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, 401k matching, paid parental leave

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, or engineering
Minimum 2 years of professional experience required
Master's degree preferred; CPA or CFA desirable
Strong quantitative background and analytical thinking abilities
