Must-have
HR operational and advisory experience
Knowledge of Czechia and Slovakia labor laws
HR Technology expertise, preferably Workday
Employee life cycle management
Compensation and benefits management
Performance management and employee relations
Nice-to-have
Experience in global company environment
Working within complex matrix organizations
Technology industry or professional services experience
Project management skills
High-level communication skills
Fluent in Czech, Slovak and English
Key Requirements
Degree or equivalent in HR, law or business
At least 4+ years HR operational and advisory experience
Solid knowledge of Czechia and Slovakia employment regulations
Excellent verbal and written Czech, Slovak and English
