Develop and execute the patient engagement technology roadmap, co-leading the creation of a multi-year plan in partnership with Patient Services, Patient Access, and External Growth & Innovation.

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in Patient Services IT
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field
Experience with Salesforce Health Cloud or similar platforms
Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA)
