Base: $83,200.00-$137,280.00; Bonus/Equity: Leadership incentives for select roles; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 403(b) with 5% match

Must-have
Five years Human Resources experience
Three years employee relations matters
Knowledge of EEOC and employment laws
Workplace investigation skills
Disciplinary action review expertise
Nice-to-have
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience coaching leaders on engagement
Partnership with Centers of Excellence
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or SHRM CP certification preferred
Minimum five years HR experience with three years in employee relations
