Employees are required to report all changes in resident conditions, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information immediately to supervisors.

Salary
Base: $22.00-$23.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Shift differentials and overtime may be available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Complete documentation for notes and incident reports
Nice-to-have
Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
Experience with Microsoft Suite products
Ability to interpret written and oral instructions
