  • The Histology Technician prepares histologic slides from tissue sections for microscopic examination and diagnosis by pathologists under the direct supervision of a pathologist or histology technologist.
  • The Histology Technician determines if surgical and cytology specimens are adequate and requests additional specimens if necessary.
