Base: $19.00 - $26.76 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program available; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, 80 hours holidays
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school graduate or equivalent
2 years regulated manufacturing experience
Ability to read blueprints and instructions
Manual and automated machine operation
Visual and dimensional inspection skills
Nice-to-have
Medical device industry experience preferred
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
Previous light assembly experience
Commitment to continuous improvement initiatives
Team collaboration and cross-training willingness
Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years related work experience in regulated environment
High school diploma or equivalent education
English reading comprehension required
