The Specialist I Resort Services is responsible for assisting both transient and casino guests with their room reservation needs in addition to facilitating in-house service requests.
Provides guests with the highest level of customer service during all interactions, accurately inputs and organizes hotel and casino reservation information, and partners with the Hotel Front Desk Team to accommodate in-house guest requests.
