The Dietary Director ensures that meals are safe, nutritious, and tailored to meet each resident’s individual needs in accordance with physician orders, approved menus, and regulatory standards.
This role involves managing dietary staff, maintaining budget compliance, and coordinating with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction.
The Dietary Director participates in quality assurance meetings and provides in-service education programs to dietary staff to maintain high standards of food service.

Key Requirements
