Fulfill service per each Banquet Event Order (BEO) and maintain clean, organized, and sanitized work areas abiding by state sanitation/health regulations.
Prepare and cook meats, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, and ensure final cooking temperatures meet health code standards.
Communicate clearly with Kitchen Supervisor and Executive Chef, maintain a positive work environment, and report to work on time in proper uniform.
