Job Summary

  • The role assumes technical and disciplinary leadership of the Maintenance Organization and represents Engineering in the Unit Leadership Team (ULT), ensuring close collaboration with Production, Quality, and Engineering functions to sustainably guarantee safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Develop and advance the Maintenance strategy to increase plant availability and efficiency, taking responsibility for organization, resource planning, and prioritization of maintenance activities.
