Job Summary

  • The Site SHE Engineer is responsible for driving safe behaviors, proactive hazard identification, and Speak Up culture at the Raeford Factory.
  • This role provides day‑to‑day SHE leadership on the floor, partners closely with operations and maintenance, and ensures risks are identified, escalated, and controlled before incidents occur.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial SHE roles
  • Strong working knowledge of Hazard identification and risk assessment
  • Strong working knowledge of Incident investigation
  • Strong working knowledge of Contractor safety
  • Strong working knowledge of Permit-to-work systems
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
