General Motors is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support purchasing and budget management for their Research & Development department. The ideal candidate will have experience with ESAP systems, SAP Ariba, and SharePoint, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and independent work

Job Summary

  • Support purchasing activities for GM Research & Development by submitting requisitions, identifying the appropriate buyer, reviewing SODWs, and helping resolve invoicing or payment issues.
  • Contribute to budget management by helping maintain ETLF forecasts, coordinating the resolution and closure of open purchase order commitments, and supporting software and maintenance renewal processes.
