Job Summary

  • Create and develop service documents including service manual procedures, containments, technical bulletins, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with technical training to create technician training material & publications and work closely with Design engineers to identify potential assembly and service issues.
  • Validate repair procedures for accuracy, improve service procedures without compromising safety and quality, and perform tooling validation prior to field release.
