Salary
Base: $17 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program, overtime pay, shift differentials; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, adoption benefits, parental leave, 401(k) match, 80 hours holidays plus PTO
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school graduate or equivalent
1 year Integer related work experience
2-4 years light assembly experience
Ability to read detailed instructions
Recognize defects in workmanship
Proficient in assembly operations
Nice-to-have
Medical device experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints preferred
Familiarity with microscopes and measuring devices
