Job Summary

  • Responsibilities include importing and managing data, training customers, coordinating support requests, providing technical expertise, and documenting all support tickets.
  • The role requires advising Motion IT and 3rd party software providers about enhancements and bugs, and working with Sales to define technical requirements.

  • Assisting with support calls and access setup
  • Working with CribMaster and customer for custom reports
  • Advising on software enhancements and bugs
  • Evaluating vending inventory usage and levels

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent or two years of work experience
  • Understanding of computer hardware, networks, server setup, e-mail, security, and LAN protocols
  • Experience in troubleshooting software and hardware over the phone or via e-mail
  • Solid understanding of software and analytics
  • Critical thinking and problem solving ability
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with little or no direct supervision
