The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and the Nursing Service Procedures Manual to maintain high-quality care.
Responsibilities include administering medications, completing detailed charting, managing care plans, and participating in facility surveys and quality assurance programs.

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program
Current CPR certification required

Maintain good standing with State Board of Nursing
