This role will include helping support the Business Development of Brokers through marketing efforts, creation of pitch decks and other graphic material along with managing the transaction communication, correspondence and process from commencement to completion.
Balance multiple activities and projects at a time for multiple members of the team, and track action items, delivery dates/times and ‘manage up’ to completion of each project.

Key Requirements
1-2+ years of marketing/administrative support services experience within Commercial Real Estate
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Real Estate
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
