Responsibilities include global pipeline ownership, leading global and matrixed teams, strategic scaling of headcount, ABM orchestration, forecasting, operational excellence, owning the BDR tech stack, and cross-functional strategy alignment.
The role offers a base salary of $118,000 - $138,000 with a 40% bonus, plus benefits like Unlimited Time Off, parental leave, and a ClassPass Subscription.
