Job Summary

  • You will help manage strategy for Capital One’s social media content for our Business Cards & Payments line of business, as well as the development process from end-to-end.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that all initiatives align with the overall channel strategy and create an industry-leading customer experience that delivers on brand goals and the overarching objectives of Capital One.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with and inspiring creative teams with great strategies, managing agency relationships on both strategic and creative projects, developing paid media strategies for social, and influencing others across a variety of marketing functions.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing communications, public relations or advertising with social media focus
  • At least 1 year of experience with social media tools
  • 3+ years of experience in digital and social media marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing environment
  • 3+ years of marketing communication or advertising or public relations work experience
  • Experience working at a Fortune 500 company
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services, or other highly regulated industry
