Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Engineering, Chemistry, HR, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Operations Training, Organizational Development, or HR
  • Experience in chemical manufacturing, industrial process, or highly regulated environments
  • Proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools
  • Experience with LMS platforms and document management systems
  • Experience with OSHA/EPA/PSM compliance training
