Job Summary
The General Maintenance Technician I supports the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of facilities across the campus, performing general maintenance tasks to maintain safe, clean, and functional environments.
This role responds to maintenance requests, assists with troubleshooting equipment and building systems, and supports preparation for inspections, including maintaining building systems, furniture, water features, tools, and equipment.
Success in this role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with others, with participation in an on-call rotation for urgent issues.
